PREVIEWS

Previews are automatically given to customers who order completely custom items only. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, items that are not completely custom will only receive a preview by request only. The request for a preview must be made the day the order is placed and up to 24 hours after. We will not create a preview within less than 48 hours of the order ship date. All previews not approved within 24 hours of the orders scheduled ship date will be automatically approved and shipped. Communication between the buyer and seller is extremely important. PREVIEWS WILL NOT BE MADE UNTIL AN ORDER IS PLACED.

SHIPPING & FEES

For billing purposes, billing/shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order is received. If you are sending this item as a gift, please include the shipping address of the person you are sending it to in the shipping section.

Upon checkout you will have an option to select expedited or express shipping and production - this fee is NOT the speed in which the post office delivers - it is an upgrade to to have your order designed, printed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days - not including the day of purchase, holidays and weekends instead of the typical turn around time of 5 to 7 business days!

GIFT MESSAGES

Because of the high volume of orders we receive, adding your gift message in the "Notes to Seller" section WILL NOT guarantee that the note will be added to the order. REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
