These notes are sent directly to us with your order. You DO NOT need to write the listed saying in the personalization section - the stone will be printed EXACTLY as it appears on the listing, but with your personalizations.

Why we do not do previews

Previews are often avoided in production processes due to their potential to slow down the overall workflow. While mockups serve the purpose of visualizing designs or products before final production, they can introduce additional steps that consume time and resources. Instead of directly moving from concept to production, the inclusion of mockups necessitates extra iterations and approvals, delaying the final output.
It will look EXACTLY how it is shown in the listing. The ONLY difference will be your Name and Dates. Thank You for being understanding.

SHIPPING & FEES

For billing purposes, billing/shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order is received. If you are sending this item as a gift, please include the shipping address of the person you are sending it to in the shipping section.

Our regular turnaround time is normally 5 to 7 business days NOT including weekends, holidays, or the day the order is placed. Upon check out you have the option to select a faster production and shipping speed.

GIFT MESSAGES

PLEASE include your gift messages in the “gift message” section while placing the order. The “Notes to Seller” section is NOT the gift message section. Because of the high volume of orders we receive, adding your gift message to the "Notes to Seller" section WILL NOT guarantee that the note will be added to the order. The gift note option is available during the check-out process. Marking your item as a gift is NOT the same thing as adding a gift message. Marking your item as a gift only means the order will include an invoice with no billing or price information.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
