PREVIEWS

Previews are a digital mock up of what your order will look like. Please understand that digital mockups and the actual printed item may differ slightly in color. Previews are automatically given to customers who order completely custom items only!

Due to the high volume of orders we receive, items that are not completely custom will only receive a preview by request only. The request for a preview must be made the day the order is placed and up to 24 hours after. We will not create a preview within less than 48 hours of the order ship date. All previews not approved within 24 hours of the orders scheduled ship date will be automatically approved and shipped. Communication between the buyer and seller is extremely important. PREVIEWS WILL NOT BE MADE UNTIL AN ORDER IS PLACED.

SHIPPING

For billing purposes, billing/shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order is received. If you are sending this item as a gift, please include the shipping address of the person you are sending it to in the shipping section. PLEASE verify that the shipping address is correct.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

There are NO refunds on personalized products - no exceptions. If your item arrives damaged, we are happy to replace it for you. Please attach a photo of your damaged product to the message thread attached to your order or through the “Contact Seller” message thread.
